The main floor features 12’ ceilings to take advantage of the views of Lake Huron. The master bedroom has an en-suite and walk in closet. The second bedroom has the choice between a king size bed or two singles. The covered porch features a large bbq, outdoor sink, and room to relax. The home is being rented fully furnished including a washer and dryer, as well as an equipped kitchen. Utilities, internet, grass cutting are included. This rental will NOT be available for July and Aug. Location is very close to Bruce Power. This suite is on the upper floor of house. THE LOWER LEVEL HAS A SELF CONTAINED SECOND UNIT WITH A SEPARATE ENTRANCE WHERE A PROFESSIONAL COUPLE WILL BE LIVING. $3000 / month.
