- Cottage is fully furnished and with 3 piece bathroom, 1 bedroom with Queen size bed, kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry rm & office, outside patio/deck areas.
- Cabin is separate cozy “studio apartment” style unit with separate bath, kitchen, living room, studio bedroom and outside patio area.
- Utilities / Amenities for each unit include natural gas fireplace heat, hydro, wifi, satellite TV, washer and dryer (cottage only), freezer/fridge, microwave, propane barbecue with tank (propane not included), private parking for each unit.
- Services include yard maintenance and driveway snow removal
- Seasonal Long Term Rate: $450 per week for cottage and $350 per week for cabin (includes utilities / amenities / services)
