Combination mudroom, laundry with washer/dryer and office area with high speed internet included. Napoleon Propane BBQ on rear deck, outdoor fireplace and full deck at front.

All inclusive rent is $2,200 per month including WiFi internet, utilities, bedding, towels etc. Ready to move in!

First & last months required as well as a Residential Tenancy Agreement. Prefer rental for entire period. Snow plowing for access roads under contract for the winter months and we have a snowblower for our private driveways with parking for 3 vehicles.
