Choice of 2 upstairs bedrooms for rent – one large, the other normal size – in an eclectically decorated old Victorian home within walking distance of downtown Kincardine. About 10-15 minutes’ drive to Bruce Power plant. Quiet ambience, and great location.

Rates $250 weekly or $875 monthly for each room. One person per room.

Ideal for Bruce Power contractors and those working for associated companies, as well as other contractors. Short or longer term rental. Weekly or monthly rates. Not suitable for someone who needs to make this their permanent home.

Must have full-time job outside the home. Two friendly cats live with me. I prefer someone who prefers microwave cooking.

Room #1: Cozy upstairs bedroom facing the lake, single-sized bed, desk, closet

Room #2: Large room, queen-sized bed, desk, love seat, closet
