Monthly Rental Single Room

We have a single, fully furnished bedroom in an 1855 Historic home for weekly and monthly rentals. We are perfectly located with a 5 minute walk to Lake Huron and the most stunning sunsets, and a 2 minute walk from the main street with all the lovely shops and local eateries.

Shared bathroom - kept exceptionally clean during these "covid-times."

Shared kitchen for light meals only - again, observing extra precautions for sanitizing.

Full-size guest-use fridge.

Beautiful shared living room and dining room, and drinks fridge.

Upstairs coffee/tea and drink refreshments station, with lovely filtered water.

Upstairs balcony - perfect for enjoying the morning sun!
