Executive Cottage in Port Elgin

Modern construction with cottage charm, located on one of the nicest beaches in Bruce County. A short 60 meter trail takes you to the beautiful sand beach. This wonderful cottage has an old time feel with all the modern comforts of home. When you enter the cottage you will encounter a large 300 sq ft screened in front porch, furnished with a wicker sofa, a chaise lounger and a set of table and chairs.

Inside the cottage is an open concept great room consisting of a living room, kitchen and dining area. The area features cathedral ceilings, maple hardwood flooring and a wall of glass doors leading out to a private outdoor deck. The deck faces onto a natural forested area and is very private. The living room features a leather couch and love seat, coffee table, built in television and DVD player.

The cottage comes with a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave oven, dishwasher and plenty of cupboard and counter space.

There is a washer and dryer in the laundry area for your convenience.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed. The washroom is fitted with a Jacuzzi tub and shower.

The cottage, which is located on a quiet paved road, and is close to many attractions. Port Elgin with its many shops and restaurants is only a 3 -minute drive away. Also, MacGregor Point Provincial Park, with its boardwalk and nature trails is only 5 km away.

Utilities are included in the price.
