Southampton is known for sunsets, beaches, and outdoor activity. The beach is a 2 minute walk down the street. The home is wide open and has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 8), 4 piece bath, washer, dryer, fridge, stove, indoor gas fireplace, dishes and utensils, barbeque, TV, cable, apple TV, and internet, DVD player, indoor & outdoor games, patio furniture, parking, and more. (Everything you need is there except bed sheets)

Please note this is strictly a non smoking cottage. Pets can be discussed.

September and winter rental prices:
$100 a night (minimum 3 nights)
$500 weekly,
$1200 monthly, we will be renting monthly for the winter until May 31st 2016
